		<description><![CDATA[XCr is seemless tubing, whereas 953  is annealed, similar to how 3/2.5 ti is seemless and 6/4 ti is a sheet then rolled and welded into a tube. Isn&#039;t that right? If so, then XCr seems the stronger option because of the grain incongruities that that welding brings to the tube? If it comes down to price, I&#039;d pay a little more to have full integrity in the tube, especially since something like this is a lifetime purchase...John]]></description>
